Editing my work, such as removing my signature, is prohibited. Using my work for NFTs or AI training is prohibited.Refund Policy: Refunds on all works will not be issued after the final product is delivered. Illustration and Design refunds are available to request if the work has not been completed 6 months or more after payment has been given. VTuber refunds are available to request if the work has not been completed 12 months or more after payment has been given.By commissioning me you agree to the above terms.
ADDITONAL LICENSESS
All of my work may be used for personal use as a baseline.I offer commercial licenses' as additional add-ons for all of my work and they're required if you plan to monetize my work digitally (such as for streaming) or physically (such as merchandise). The fee for each license is work and client specific but ranges from an additional 25% of the base price to 150% of the base price. My artwork for VTuber model's always include streaming rights in their base price but do not include any other commercial license without prior discussion.These are only licenses' and do not hand over complete ownership of the original work but I am always willing to discuss handing over the full legal rights to a work for a fee.While not a license, I am eligible to work under NDA on an individual basis for an agreed on fee.
